Remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP, no auth, no signup). Read-only tools: read ($0.003), meta ($0.001), feed ($0.002). Each tool is paid per successful call with the x402 MCP transport (USDC on Base): an unpaid tools/call returns isError with the x402 PaymentRequired object; retry with the signed payment in params._meta["x402/payment"].
