Terms of Service
Effective July 13, 2026
The service. MCP Collection provides (a) a free public directory of third-party MCP servers and (b) "The Bundle," a hosted MCP endpoint offering metered tool calls under the plan you select. Plans and quotas are described on the pricing page.
Acceptable use. Don't use the tools to attack, overload, or scrape sites against their terms, to violate any law, or to probe networks you don't own or have authorization to test. Tools refuse private-network targets by design; attempting to circumvent that is grounds for immediate termination.
Keys and billing. API keys are your credentials — keep them secret; you're responsible for usage under your key. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month. Founding-price commitments apply for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.
Directory listings. Listings describe third-party software we don't control. Submitting a listing grants us the right to display and edit it for clarity. We may decline or remove any listing.
No warranty. The service is provided "as is." Third-party sites and registries the tools query can change or fail at any time. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding month.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers. Questions: contact@wasatchwebsites.net.
