About HowToRomania

HowToRomania is a Romanian public-data API and remote MCP server for EU teams that work with Romanian companies. Look up a firm by CUI, pull financials and legal representatives, run a KYB risk report, check court cases, validate or generate e-Factura (including PDF), read legislation, and get BNR, ROBOR and IRCC rates. Free tools are rate-limited per IP; paid credit packs available. No user accounts or OAuth required. MCP Registry: io.howtoromania/api. Transport: streamable HTTP. Auth: Bearer API key (no OAuth).

HowToRomania runs as a hosted remote MCP server at https://api.howtoromania.io/mcp. Add that URL to your MCP client's config (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or VS Code) and the tools appear immediately, no install required.
