About GLPcompare

GLPcompare is a free reference for people in the US paying cash for GLP-1 weight-loss medications. It reads the self-pay prices of over 100 sellers (telehealth programs, pharmacies and the manufacturers' own direct programs) on each seller's own page and checks them again every week: over 260 prices today, each with its source link, check date, any membership fee, how many days of medication it buys and the price at the full dose where the seller publishes it. It also shows trial results and FDA shortage status with their sources, seller records (FDA warning letters, LegitScript, reviews), prices by state, and a weekly GLP-1 cash price index. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the site gives price information, not medical advice.

How to connect GLPcompare to Claude, Cursor or VS Code

GLPcompare runs as a hosted remote MCP server at https://glpcompare.co/api/mcp. Add that URL to your MCP client's config (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or VS Code) and the tools appear immediately, no install required.
