About XCrawl MCP

XCrawl MCP (npm package xcrawl-mcp) connects Claude Code, Codex and other MCP clients to the XCrawl web data API. It exposes scrape, search, map and crawl tools: turn a URL into Markdown or structured JSON, run Google/Bing/DuckDuckGo searches, list the URLs on a domain, or crawl a site section. JavaScript rendering, proxy rotation and retries are handled by the XCrawl service. Requires an XCrawl API key; new accounts start with 1,000 free credits, no credit card required. Install: npx -y xcrawl-mcp

How to connect XCrawl MCP to Claude, Cursor or VS Code

XCrawl MCP is self-hosted. Install it from the source repository, then register its start command in your MCP client's config (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or VS Code).
