Mibly shares the Apple Health metrics you choose (sleep stages, steps, heart rate, HRV, workouts, weight, cycle) with MCP-compatible AI agents. Local mode is free and pushes data to an open-source receiver you run yourself; Cloud Pro syncs through Mibly Relay so agents can reach it remotely. Per-type toggles, cycle data never leaves the device. Context for your AI, not a medical device.
