About CounterpartyCheck

CounterpartyCheck answers one question before your agent pays, approves or interacts with an address: is this counterparty OK? Send an EVM (Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum) or Solana address and get ok / caution / block with reasons, evidence and a confidence level. It checks OFAC SDN and ScamSniffer scam-list matches, wallet vs contract vs EIP-7702 delegated wallet, token contracts used as recipients, Sourcify verification and deployer, ENS / Basename, wrong-chain mistakes, address age, recent activity and exposure to listed addresses, approval magnets, and whether the address is a known x402 payee. Failed data sources are listed in missing_data and lower the confidence; they are never read as clean. Remote MCP tool: check_counterparty (free preview tier), streamable HTTP, no auth; also stdio via npx -y @agentgate-builder/counterpartycheck.
